Mapei TNS (Total Net System) is a premium, acrylic resin-based coating system designed specifically for sports surfaces and high-traffic areas. We exclusively use it because it offers exceptional durability, UV resistance against the harsh Kiwi sun, and superior slip resistance compared to standard paints.

Cure times depend on local weather conditions, but generally, the surface is dry to the touch within a few hours. We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for light foot traffic and up to 7 days before opening the surface to heavy vehicular traffic or intense sports use.
-
For the best results, the underlying asphalt or concrete needs to be structurally sound and properly cured. As part of our process, we handle thorough surface preparation, including cleaning and minor crack repairs, to ensure the Mapei TNS system adheres perfectly and lasts for years.
